Main Event Space - $35/hr

Our main event space is an open floor plan and can be morphed to work for your larger, special events. Events held here are sure to evoke charm, inspiration, and coziness.

Seating arrangements: Theater Style (up to 50), U-Shape, Class Room, Press Conference, Round Discussion.
Max # of people: 50
Food and drink allowed: Yes
Tech Amenities: Alexa Echo
Other Amenities: Couch, standing desks that can be used as a podium, 5 - 8’ wood tables, house plants
Available times: After 5 PM and Weekends only - must be approved

*Campus members have the right to continue working in their offices or dedicated desks if they need to do so, even if you have booked the space. Our members are the best, so no need to worry that they will be a bother!

Event Room - $35/hr

Our event room is the home of 1 Million Cups Jeff City, Capital City Connections, many other formal presentations including a great place to have a media conference.

Seating Arrangements: Theater Style (Up to 50), Board Meeting, U-Shape, Classroom, Press Conference, Round Discussion
Max # of people: 50
Food and drink allowed: Yes, you are welcome to cater in your own food and drink. If you need coffee and would like to buy beans from MO Swag or bring in your own, we are happy to let you use our coffee maker to fill your carafes. If you need additional support in this area, just let us know.
Tech Amenities: Projector, Alexa Dot, HDMI to Lightening Cord, HDMI to HDMI, Laser pointer and Clicker upon request.
Other Amenities: 4 - 8’ black folding tables, serving bar for food and beverages, large whiteboard
Available times: 8-4 M-F, Evenings and weekends must be approved

Small Conference Room - $10/hr

If you need to meet with a client or your small team, the small conference room is great! Equipped with a smart TV, it’s also a great place to film your live video or hook up your webcam for a video conference.

Seating arrangements: One round table that seats 6 comfortably
Max # of people: 6
Food and drink allowed: Yes
Tech Amenities: Roku TV, Apple TV, Wi-Fi
Other Amenities: Whiteboard
Available times: 8-4 M-F, Evenings and weekends must be approved
